1. What are the sizes of the condominium units?

 At Otis Street Business Park the condominium unit sizes are: 26' wide X 47' long (1222 clear span sq ft), 28' wide X 47' long (1316 clear span sq ft), 28' wide X 54' long (1512 clear span sq ft) and various other sizes which are slightly smaller or larger.

At Union Street Business Park the condominium units unit sizes are: 30' wide X 50' long (1500 clear span sq ft) and 45' wide X 50' long (2250 clear span sq ft)

2. Will I be able to drive into the condominium unit?

Yes, at the Otis Street Business Park and at the Union Street Business Park all garage door openings are 12' X 14'.

At the Otis Street Business Park and at the Union Street Business Park, the average ceiling height in each condominium unit is between 18 to 20 high.

At the Otis Street Business Park and at the Union Street Business Park all garage door openings are 12' wide X 14' high insulated roll door with electric operator. The office entry door is 3' X 7' and the office area also has twin double-fixed 3' X 3' insulated sliding windows.

The office area will be 10' X 10' (100sq ft).

6. What are the materials used to construct the condominium building?

There will be 4000pps concrete floor, steel frame (metal siding- 26 gauge reverse roll) building, and a standing-seam gable roof (24 gauge roof panels). The interior office and bathroom will be constructed of dry wall. The office will have a built in air condition unit; and the condominium unit will be fully insulated (6'' R-19 roof fiberglass insulation, and 4'' R-13 wall fiberglass insulation).

7. What type of utilities will each condominium unit have?

Each condominium unit will have gas heat in the open floor area, with electric base board heat in the office area. Each condominium unit will have a 100 amp electrical service. Each condominium unit will be served by its own separate utility meters.
